Spending points on Joining Tournament Matches:
1. Points for joining tournament matches are non-refundable once the match has begun.
2. Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or server failures that prevent you from participating in the match.
3. To request a refund for a tournament match entry fee, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the match’s scheduled start time.
4. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Tournament Gaming.
